When we were first setting up our home, we were overwhelmed by the number of brands out there and appliance reviews were limited. Sharing our personal thoughts on our appliances to date -> 
Dreame robot vacuum Definitely recommend a robot vacuum — it’s the best helper to keep things consistently clean! We own multiple appliances from Dreame and recently upgraded from the LS10 to the Aqua 10 Ultra. 👍🏼 Reliable 2-year warranty and customer service (we had an issue with the auto solution dispenser and they collected it, fixed it, and returned it FOC) 👍🏼 Good cleaning performance 👍🏼 Competitive prices

Sharp Washing Machine This was recommended by a staff member and instantly won 👦🏻 over with its sleek, knob-less design. So far, so good — we really like the range of wash programs, from Quick 15 to gentle bedding cycles and intensive washes. The 10.5kg wash capacity easily fits king-size bedsheets, a mattress protector, and roughly a week’s worth of laundry for our 2-person household. It also comes with a 7kg drying capacity, which we don’t use often since we have a Steigen, but it’s nice to have as a backup tumble-dry option. 👧🏻 initially wanted an auto detergent dispenser, but it turned out not to be a deal-breaker since we mainly use laundry pods anyway. 
Steigen laundry rack 👍🏼 Convenient and efficient drying, especially suitable for small spaces 👍🏼 We usually run the 3-hour cool mode, paired with 3 hours of dehumidifier (see next) 🫤 On the pricey side; can consider the multiple cheaper alternatives
