πΌππ§ππ€π£ π©π§πͺπ£π ππ£π ππ€π-πͺπ₯ We have a system 4 aircon for our 4room resale hdb. The Aircon trunking happens to share the same space with our curtains. So the question was to retain status quo ( no box-up) or embark on a journey of aesthetic enhancement by opting for the box-up route. A tip for future homeowners with a similar dilemma regarding trunking and boxing up the specific area of concern, do discuss with your ID and think through your needs. For our case, we wanted to elevate our home aesthetics so after discussion with our ID, we decided to do box-up at the living room area ! Pros: β Aesthetics were greatly improved β Neat and tidy space Cons: β In the event of leaking pipe, the constructed box need to be remove. β Additional costs ( work out your budget) no regrets for ours, it looks good ! 
My living room looks more eye pleasing and aesthetic now ! The box up was neatly done ! 
Trunking was conceal nicely throughout!
