Introducing plant life to our apartment was an afterthought but it wasn’t difficult to create pockets of greenery after we settled in for a few months. Buying plants is never the challenge. Keeping them alive and thriving is. 
We have a nice corner in the balcony that is ideal for showcasing our plants but unfortunately that area is quite strategic and there are competing uses.

Apparently snake plants are near impossible to kill, even if you do not have a green thumb. And indeed, they are quite hardy. At this rate, they will outlive us. 
Using a trolley allows repositioning of the plants easily when necessary. Sunlight is good but sometimes it gets too intense.
