Here’s our little work/game room. This space have zero built in (except for our wardrobe which was given by Developer) as we want this room to be versatile. 
Husband very basic setup as he does game and work from home occasionally. 
We had adjustable height table instead of fixed as wife love to stand while working after a heavy lunch 
This room is still quite empty as it is a work in progress!
