A Perfectly Imperfect Home Office Space 💼

Welcome to a part of my home I rarely showcase - my home office 💼 While it isn’t the prettiest space in my home, I still try to add little touches that make it feel less functional and more intentional. 
I opted for the Jaime Study Table from HipVan as my desk, mostly because it had some shelf storage that I could decorate to make my home office feel more like a personal and creative space ✨ Here I’m displaying some books on perfumery - I work in the fragrance industry, if you can’t already tell 😉 
Like every room in my home, I have a scented candle here too 🕯️ It’s a small detail, but it helps turn my home office into a cozy space I enjoy spending time in. 
Soft lighting is another must-have for me. I don’t really like bright white office lighting, I find it too harsh 😅 A warmer toned lamp sets the mood and makes work feel less stressful! Not every part of your home needs to be perfect to feel good - and that’s totally ok 🤍
