welcome to our 4room BTO, virtual version! we are still about a month away from handover, so we are unable to show the completed reno. but! our intention for our first post was to share our journey from the start till now, plus a little intro to our first home 🤩 
anyway! here's our first render which we were really happy about. not sure what this theme is but we thought it's a combination of wabi-sabi + mid-century modern! and we also have plans to add more colours in our home. 
as this is our first home, we did spend quite some time on the mood board as we had to think about our lifestyle + what we would like to in the future. we also researched a lot and added things that we think is aesthetic and functional at the same time. 
our home is slowly coming together and we can't wait to share the final outcome on here we did change up quite a few things from the initial render and exceeded our $70k budget... but we're happy and excited!
