Renovating an original 1998 old apartment on a tight budget

Pre-Reno house tour original Reno since 1998 from first owner. Vibe is European with cornice and pillars inspired carpentry 
The vibe is real and we can feel the 90s era Reno trend be European. With iconic 80s Paolo Piva glass coffee table 
The carpentry was extensively and owner must have spend a lot to clad the full wall 
Bedroom2 was for 2 single beds but the padded headboard in beige and dark green is giving 90s crime watch crime scene 
Bedroom 3 with statement shelving in matching dark green and cream. 
Super dated kitchen with Mediterranean style tiles and 2000 style kitchen cabinets 
The only floor plan was so old that it was photocopy from A3. 
ID had to redraw the floor plan for us to plan the space. We had several ideas & versions. This was the Final Cut prior the hacking. As this was a home for 5 pax, we had budget a large about for built in carpentry. Also there was a dark corridor to the bedroom we also park quite abit for hacking the kitchen walls 
New living room render was very inaccurate but help us understand the furniture placement 
Dining room with dry pantry and island for more storage. In entry way we also plan for more shoe cabinet storage with an accent floor tile 
Pantry cabinets design was to take full advantage of the high ceiling to increase storage. Mirror doors help to double the space while making the cabinets looks less heavy. Thou ID proposed full false ceiling, we decided with cove lighting to maximize ceiling height 
Master bedroom render base on Feng shui request. Headboard carpentry was added to move the bed out of the beam. 
Bedroom 2: again 2.9m full height cabinets to keep children barang barangs 
Kids bedroom: with only one build in + flexible loose furniture for ever-changing needs of a growing child 
Common bath: with a touch of green following through with the theme of the home 
Heavy on kitchen cabinets to increase storage 
Hack off yard entrance to widen kitchen into a continuous space 
Possible custom build in study table 
Master bath with Parisian inspired floor tiles
