This room shows that a teen’s space can be both expressive and intentional. My younger son’s gamer corner blends comfort, focus, and his personal interests - without feeling loud or cluttered. It’s a room that works hard and looks good doing it. 🔧 The Setup That Works A custom-built PC with RGB fans, a mechanical keyboard in orange and cream, and a bold anime mousepad give this setup personality without the mess. Everything’s within reach, and cables are cleanly managed to keep the space calm and functional.

🪑 The Chair That Pops The red gaming chair adds just the right hit of colour. It’s not just about looks - it’s supportive, comfy, and ready for both long gaming nights and serious study time.

🧸 His Favourite Things, On Display We chose to showcase his interests, not hide them. A lit display cabinet holds anime figures, manga, and collectibles - arranged neatly, and protected from dust. It gives the room soul without overwhelming the layout.

🖤 Calm Vibes + Cat-Approved Soft layered blinds, a smart drawer system, and plenty of storage keep the room grounded and clear. And yes - our black cat has fully claimed the bed as his chill spot. 🎨 Let Rooms Reflect the Person, Not Just the Home When we first moved in, I styled level 1 of our home with a Japandi touch - light woods, calm tones, soft flow. But as we settled in, our home naturally became more lived-in, layered, and real. This room? It’s different. Bolder, sharper, and unapologetically personal. And that’s exactly how it should be. A room doesn’t need to match the house—it just needs to feel right for the one who lives in it. This room wasn’t designed to impress - it was designed to express. It reflects how he lives, what he loves, and how he wants to feel in his space. Practical, cozy, and full of intention.
