What's excluded from the 75K? 1 - We retained the ZipTracks in the 3 bedrooms, installed by the previous owner. 2 - We did not renovate the bathrooms, we only replaced the fittings for sanitary purposes. We liked the original big mirrors (maybe we'll show you one day). 3 - We renovated the balcony ourselves using IKEA products. The cost is excluded. 4 - All furniture and decoration are excluded. 
Please see the yellow highlighted items for the carpentry/partition built (and the adjustable shelf sourced from The Table Guy). For the red markings, those are the walls we hacked down.
