#1 DEHUMIDIFIER! ft. our lovely ikea tree we contemplated on getting it as both of us never had 1 before. however, not long after staying here, we were experiencing some mold issue !! so far it seems pretty alright? gets our humidity down from 85% to 70%! 
#2 ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER got this as a gift ! very cute :) we use it during the weekends while we chill on the sofa. But we have to make sure to close the toilet doors & remove the door mat since there isnt a map feature (we think...) 
#3 DRY & WET VACUUM Hands down my favourite, a VACUMM MOP???? I love how clean the house feels after using this. Comes with their own soap that you add into the clean water compartment. And its so easy to clear out the dirty water too. Look so sleek too! Slightly heavy & it moves forward itself 
#4 VACUUM We are not crazy to have 3 vacuums... this is just for daily maintenance -- lightweight, convenient to keep (we keep it in the bomb shelter) However, downside is long hair gets trapped in the roller :( Entry level vacuum, it was really cheap when we got it as our first vacuum LOL 
#5 Smart TV Finally a non-cleaning item :D As our first TV, we had a hard time deciding what to get and initially assumed we might not even be using it much. However it has proofed us wrong and we use it some weekends to have movie date nights ;D
