Finaaaaaally, I’m here to yap about our floorplans/ID and progress. Here is our 4-room BTO floor plan – the canvas we started with. We kept things simple: ꕤ No unnecessary built-ins since we are still planning with the spaces ꕤ Concealed storage for daily clutters ꕤ Move-in condition ꕤ Not much of a theme but mainly something Minimal, easy to clean and maintain & cozy vibes Every corner tells a story and we’re taking it step by step 🤍 Which space were you excited most about? 
ꕤ we kept our renovations minimal ꕤ simple, focusing on our daily lifestyle needs ꕤ within budget means, still in progress of planning the space ꕤ told our id we want a move-in condition, and he slayed (we’re really grateful for him)
