    1. Ditching the Mirror on the Cupboard The first thing we did to cut costs was remove the mirror on the left cupboard. Not only did this save us some cash, but it also made cleaning a breeze! Fewer fingerprints, less maintenance—win-win!

    2. Keeping the HDB Toilet Bowl Our second tip? We stuck with the HDB toilet bowl! We went to showrooms and tried out fancy new models, but the one we already had turned out to be the most comfortable for us—and it even has that awesome flush!

    3. Skipping the Shampoo Ledge Lastly, we decided to skip the shampoo ledge design which was in our rendering. It would’ve meant shifting the bathroom door out, which would have involved hacking down the door frame and reinstalling it just to make space for the ledge.
