2 things i place in my service yard area to make our lives easier!! 
we had alot of questions because this helps us when loading and unloading the laundry 
we didn't have to install anything, just shifted it as it is into our service yard! 
another one that we love: it's our laundry rack!! because we don't do laundry much in the day, indoor drying is damn important for us 
we have been using this for 6 months & it has no issues!!
