✨ Welcome to @gangsagem! Our minimalist 3-room resale flat came together at under $45k in renovation works, and we’ve learnt the true value of less is more 9 months in. Here's a look at our little sanctuary. 
🚪 First impressions matter. We kept our entryway clean and functional, with a non-built-in shoe storage to keep our shoes off the ground. The soft lighting sets the tone the moment you walk in. 
🛋️ A living space to breathe. Our living room is where we unwind, chat, cuddle, or just stare at the ceiling (we didn’t screed the top so there are old patterns left behind). 
The neutral palette and open layout make it feel much larger than it is — no bulky furniture, just balance. 
🍽️ Where slow meals happen. Our compact dining setup sits right between the kitchen and living, perfect for lingering conversations over dinner. Bonus: it doubles as extra workspace since there is a power track by the side. 
🧠🎮 Work hard, geek harder. Our study doubles as a cosy workspace and houses a full display wall for our Funko collection — a little pop culture personality in an otherwise muted home. 
Minimalism doesn’t mean you can’t show off what you love. Ran out of space? Buy a new fixture to help with storage as well for other items while displaying your collection. 
🛏️ Designed for deep rest. We kept the master bedroom extra minimal — just the bed, off-white wardrobe and bedside tables, and soft lighting. No distractions here, only deep sleep and peaceful mornings. Warm tones make it feel like a hug. 
🧼 Simplicity in every corner. The master bath follows the same tone — streamlined fixtures, clean lines, and no visual noise. 
The grey tiles extend the minimalist look and make cleaning and maintenance much easier. Installing our soap racks away from the shower has also helped keep rusting away (for now). 
👩🍳 Built for function. Our galley kitchen makes the most of its footprint with smart storage and durable finishes. Matte cabinetry, a compact hob, and an amazing amount of prep space. 
Our kitchen tiles are similar to our bathroom tiles (just a tad more beige but no one can tell the difference when they are here). 
🧺 Where the real magic happens. Tucked neatly at the end of the kitchen, our laundry zone is purely functional — no frills, just good flow. We hid everything we could and kept the rest easy to maintain. 
🚿 Light, bright, and always clean. Our common bathroom keeps things light and airy with grey/beige tiles and sleek chrome fixtures. 
It's minimal, but never sterile — just enough detail to make it feel cosy.
