Sharing our own personal SBF timeline for Feb 2025 batch. Please note that ours is considered quite fast because of our queue number, which means our case is processed earlier! For Feb 2025 batch, I have heard stories of people getting their keys in early August, which means only 6 months from ballot application. That's faster than some resale purchases 🤯 What helped us was to write in to HDB (maybe too many times...) to ask them to expedite the key collection for us. On the other side of the spectrum, if you want to DELAY your key collection, maybe due to financial reasons or because of your ROM date, you can also write in to request, but I think the latest is 9 months after flat selection.
