Introducing our balcony! We kept our balcony really simple and minimal as it is not an area we used often. We recently got the 3 tier shelf from Communa and it has really helped elevate the whole space! Having a shelf allow us to place laundry items and little items that make the whole area more cosy If you look closely as well, we also got our windows mesh installed recently due to having a new kitten at home! 
Having a washer/dryer has been a game changer and having the LG washer/dryer combi has been a game changer in our laundry routine. We love how it’s conveniently placed beside the storage shelf so we can get access to laundry items easily. 
Featuring the largest window of the house - our double volume windows! This used to be a rolled shutter that has stopped working. We did a lot of research and was thinking between ziptrak vs windows Elected for window in the end as we felt that it helps liven and brightens up the space 🤍 
Different angle of how our service yard look, elected not to spend extra to conceal our pipes and we kind of like the raw and industrial look!
