My Reno-No-Regrets No1. Installing a ceiling fan in the bathroom. Main purpose is to ventilate the bathroom so that there is no moisture from the ceiling that will cause mold. 
My Reno-No-Regrets No2. Installing the shower panel in fluted glass. It’s super easy maintenance for me as I don’t have time to clean the panel as often, the fluted glass will looks less dirty with water stains. And the panel keep the water from splashing around the toilet seat. 
My Reno-No-Regrets No4. Overlaying both our bathrooms with epoxy wall and pebbles floor. The process took only 1-2days without any drilling or hacking, and dust free! It’s the best decision as we have very tight timeline for reno. The surface is anti slip and the main reason is there is no grouting. Makes cleaning easier and less maintenance. 
My Reno-No-Regrets No4. Installed the louvres PD door with zero gap. The door design elevated the interior of the house and makes the bathroom looks like classy and minimalist. The zero gap is for the purpose of preventing the air flow from going out when the air conditioning is on. 
My Reno-No-Regrets No5. Ordered this beautiful vanity with lighted mirror with storage. It fit perfectly in the corner of the bathroom and blended nicely with the house theme. Love the huge sink in 80cm width to prevent water from splashing around the floor.
