Just started our home renovation journey in Oct! 1st step: defect checking is crucial! After waiting 5 years and investing over $500k in our BTO, we're not cutting corners on ensuring everything is perfect before we begin. We've got a slew of blue taps to note, but thankfully, our projects are considered good! Don't underestimate the importance of defect checks - it can take 3 to 5 trips to get everything just right.
