We wanted a built-in spice / condiment drawer during our reno… but the top-up cost didn’t make sense to us. So we skipped it. And DIY-ed our own instead for less than $15. (No drilling needed) 
A few organisers and a little measuring and now we have a spice drawer that functions just as well (if not better). Saved the $$, works the same and can store more condiments! 
It even fits our rice box, keeping everything organised and within easy reach for daily cooking.
