The two things I’ve relied on heavily since I’ve moved into my new home are, of course, located in our walk-in wardrobe! 🙌🏻 What I appreciate about them is how understated they are: not necessarily aesthetic or grand of the sort, but more of how I have come to rely on them for my daily routines and to feel at rest. The first one is this dressing table. 
It’s pretty small at 50cm width but that’s all we could get due to the partition wall and the closet as we needed the doors to be able to completely swing open. At first I was worried about the size but it turned out to be more than enough. The 🪞 mirror is relatively large and it even comes with lighting for those who require it. Since I do not have much skincare or makeup, the sliding doors are more than enough for me. For those with more items of usage, there’s a drawer with pretty decent height as well! 😍 I’ve also never been one to sit down and put on skincare as I literally have 2-3 steps most days and walk off but I must say I’ve been quite enjoying putting on my makeup leisurely while sitting down! (Do note that the hairdryer attachment is separately purchased and pasted on.) 
The next item is this stainless steel rack for our dirty clothes! While we had “the chair” in our teenage days where we just piled on clothes that were worn and yet not ready for the wash… adulthood means we need better ways of storing such items of clothing. It’s not THE NEATEST in this picture haha but I mean that’s reality 🤷🏻♀️ end of the day it’s way neater than it ever was in my own houses and rentals so I take it as a win! There’s also a basket rack at the bottom where we store our clothes steamer and mini dehumidifier. ✌🏻 All in all, both purchases have been great additions to our lives and we couldn’t ask for more … though I’m sure we will still end up buying things to “zhush”up the walk in wardrobe area as it’s still a bit bare so let’s see how that unfolds HEHE!
