After getting a ventilation fan installed in our master bathroom recently (our small reno regret - should have installed it before moving in), we realised we wanted to be able to set a schedule for our ventilation fan. We wanted it to be on for a few hours after our morning and night showers, but we may not be home to turn it off in the day time. 
Since we were already using SwitchBot products, it was an easy decision! There are also much cheaper options, but we decided to stick to an established brand for security reasons since it connects to our network. We upgraded to smart switches in our living room and common bathroom , but we didn't think we need them in our bedroom. In our next home, we know we'll be having smart switches everywhere! But now, this is an affordable and simple device to add! 
Thankfully it kind of blends in! Very happy with our new addition!
