Hihi! 👋 Welcome to 123tohuat 💕 We’re M & LX, and after meeting with about 8 IDs 😅 we decided to take the plunge and go ID-less for our reno 🛠. Our goal? To keep things simple with minimal built-ins, and bring the space to life with mostly loose furniture. We actually got our keys way back in Feb, but only started reno in mid-Aug (yup, right before the lunar 7th month). It’s been equal parts exciting and stressful, but we’re here to share all of it with you guys. Here’s our floorplan — and if you know, you know 😉. Floor Area: 95 m² (made up of Internal Floor Area: 92 m² + A/C ledge). 
It’s a quirky one, with lots of little nooks and corners (well… more nooks than crannies 😂). 
The First Nook – The Entrance. This one wasn’t too much of a problem. We didn’t want to cover up our DB box & Household Shelter, so the plan is to add a shelf with lights. Somewhere we can dump (and grab) all the small things we need when heading out or coming home. 
The Second, Third & Fourth Nooks – The Bedrooms. Now here’s where the surprises started… each bedroom has an extra nook above the windows! 👀 And this is where the real headache began — should we cover them up for a clean look, or make use of them as extra storage space? We’ve got a couple of ideas for the bigger nooks, but we’ll save those for another post 😉. We can’t wait to keep sharing this ID-less journey with you guys 💕 thanks for following along!
