Welcome to our very open concept kitchen. Follow us on @the.cozyforest on instagram! We knocked down all the walls (exact for one side which is linked to the bomb shelter) and added a transparent glass back splash and a glass panel beside the sink. This is so that light can come in from our front door, and from the service yard. 
This is where I spend most of my awake time, prepping food, cooking, washing. I can have a clear view of the kids as they play in the living room. 
I really love my arch fluted glass cabinet door with the gold butterfly handles. It was a last minute reno decision to change it to glass. It was supposed to be fully enclosed. 
We added a pop of colour sometime after moving in. Can you see how it changed the look of the kitchen?
