We didn’t opt in for HDB’s Optional Component Scheme (OCS) as we knew we wanted to be able to fully customise our home! However, here are the items that were included by default and we chose to replace: toilet bowls, bathroom sinks, bathroom tiles (overlaid as hacking would void our warranty) and laundry rack Here’s a comparison of our flat before and after renovation!
