Our dining area is right in front of our open kitchen which allows us to easily shift our food from stove to table. 
Our table is also facing our living room in our 4 room BTO. 
Our favourite view of our dining area / open kitchen. 
We do minimal frying so it means we can easily clean up the kitchen in this open kitchen / dining table concept. 
Making use of our small 4 room bto space.
