Hello hello! ☺️👋 We are back with some defects check content! After getting our keys, we realised the only thing standing between us and our renovation was a defects check. Honestly, we didn’t realise how many tiny things there were to look out for, so we wanted to share our experience. For us, the entire defect check process stretched over a month with all the back and forth rectifications, partly because we didn’t really know what to expect and also because BSC appointment slots were already snapped up by the time we tried to secure one. (Lesson learnt, please book early!)
