This year, our Christmas decorations stayed simple, just the way we like it. We went with a silver theme, keeping things clean, calm, and understated. Nothing too loud, nothing too busy. Just soft shine, gentle reflections, and a tree that feels peaceful to sit with at night. 
One of my favourite little details is our Smiski tree. Tiny Smiskis tucked into baubles, quietly peeking out when the lights are on. They’re subtle, playful, and bring a bit of quiet joy without taking over the space. 
I’ve realised that decorating doesn’t have to be about filling every corner. Sometimes, less really does feel like more. Choosing only what we love makes the season feel lighter, visually and mentally. 
This Christmas, our home feels calm, cosy, and just enough.
