A Modern Luxe BTO at Bartley Beacon

Rooted in this recent project, this 5-room BTO was entirely reimagined into an exclusive, moody boutique hotel experience. To achieve this architectural retreat, we treated the walls and ceilings as a singular, sculptural envelope. We countered the visual weight of the continuous dark walnut ceiling canopy by utilizing pale, light-reflecting limewash on the vertical planes, allowing the space to breathe.
