We finally had time to decorate our entryway! So we can now be greeted with a cosy hello every day đĄ 
This was how the entryway looked before.. pretty bare and boring ): 
Added a simple shoe rack / bench on top of some wooden decks to create a small landing spot for shoes, bags and tired legs. 
Mix & matched welcome mats for our Scandi-Japandi welcome home feel đ¤ Tip: Remember to check the mat thickness! Our door is quite close to the ground, so we had to search for thinner mats! 
We also removed the original HDB doorbell and replaced it with a decorative door sign customized from Taobao. Now, with our new upgrades, coming home definitely feels more welcoming everyday!
