Today we are finally sharing about our reno cost breakdown. We have received many DMs on our other socials (lemon8, Tiktok) to share our reno cost, which we have yet to share the breakdown. So you heard it here first 😉 
I would say major bulk of the reno cost actually lies in the dining area, kitchen and toilets, where we did the most works. 
For context, we opted out entirely of OCS so we have no tiles, room/bathroom doors and bathroom fittings. 
Our electrical works also ended up a bit steep cos of all the additional electrical and lighting points (due to downlights) and we also splurged on the downlights. We will be sharing more about our reno regrets and non-regrets next.
