This is a completely bare 20-year-old Sale of Balance (SBF) flat that has been repossessed by HDB! The whole house has been gutted and refurbished to "like new" BTO conditions. It helps to save us on hacking costs as well 🙂↕️ Do note that old flats don't come with warranty! So any troubles have to go through HDB Branch since there's no BSC. Bare dining room without floor tiles, with new household shelter door and closed kitchen

New main gate and main door. Don't worry it comes with the unit number, we just blurred it out 🤪 
Very spacious area for both living and dining room! 
Master bedroom area with a nice view and large windows 
Common bedroom 1 which feels almost as big as the master bedroom 🤯 It has a very unique corner window too! 
Common bedroom 2 is a bit smaller but probably can still fit a queen bed comfortably 😌 
New tiles for our kitchen wall and floor! It's also super bright and airy because our service yard faces externally and not to someone else's home 🤭 
On top of new floor and wall tiles, we also got new sanitary fixtures by HDB! Our master and common bathrooms are both equal in size too 🙂↕️ 
Common bathroom has a slightly different layout and the shower is on the opposite side of the toilet bowl and basin 
New bedroom doors and handles and keys too!
