Hi everyone! I'm glad to be onboard and share this journey with all of you. We viewed 9 houses and decided this is the one. Always wanted a house with balcony because the previous 4 room bto we had were humid and stuffy. Anyway, balcony is not our priority, just good to have. Well...here we are, with 2 balconies 🤣 Another feature is our triangle-shaped kitchen. It's not the ideal kitchen shape, but will try our best to maximise the efficiency. 
Sharing few original pictures before reno. Balcony A in the living room. We can imagine it will be our favourite spot for morning tea 🍵and evening chill out 🥰
